Harling arrived on time and walked me through the scope of the work before they began. The clog was gone in less then an hour! I was experiencing a clogged tub and a small leak from the bath trap in the garage. The guys were extremely responsive and were able to come within 2 hours of me reaching out to them.
The clog and leak in my bathtub were not easily resolvable, but I really appreciated their commitment to solving the problem any way they could - they ultimately were able to resolve the issue within an hour of being on site.
Would highly recommend Cobra and would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs!

Did a plumbing job for me wrong.
Then tried to blame it on my coffee wholesales who if anything would want me to have a machine so I can order more coffee and said he would not come up and fix it because I am too far away. Even though he knew exactly where I was located before he accepted the job. But still went out of his way to repeat how far I was abot 100 times. So I am now stuck paying someone else to fix his incomplete job that I paid cash for. I should've known better when he demanded to be paid in cash ONLY. Thanks a lot for making me lose money, have unhappy clients and have to spend more more on a plumber.

We had a much better than expected experience with Alan Ramirez' Plumbing. Mr. Ramirez made himself available and arrived sooner than expected on a Sunday of a long weekend. Accompanied by a helper, he had all the tools and seamlessly completed repairs, which included unclogging the kitchen drain. He then asked to be walked through the house, to check showers and discovered another water stoppage. This one proved to take longer and yet he stuck to his quote and only charged for one visit. His price was so much less than what was quoted by other services that it only seemed fair to pay him double of what he quoted. Integrity and professionalism do pay off and we can only regret that we had not used Mr. Ramirez before. Now, how do you spell 'relief'?

If I can give them more stars, I would! Jose brought his worker with him for a garage disposal installation I requested. They took their time to make sure the work was done right. Did not rush at all. I bought a garbage disposal that's a different size from my original and they had to adjust the pipes to make everything fit. It's definitely is not a home project that I can diy myself. Most importantly, I'm a girl and I don't know anything about plumbing and they stick to the price they quoted me despite all the extra work they had to go through. Not only that, they took a look at the problem I had with the refrigerator and told me the simple fix that I can do myself without charging me any additional fees. They are honest and hard working professionals and I would definitely go back to them again and I recommend them without hesitation.
