We recently had an incredible experience with Amex Plumbing. He came to our home for an emergency service and exceeded all expectations. First, he discovered that the “brand new” flapper Rotor Rooter claimed they replaced was never actually new, and he replaced it with complete transparency. He also installed a brand-new toilet bidet, drained an entire pipe, and fixed our kitchen garbage disposal. On top of that, he repaired the stoppers in our sink drains. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was also very kind and professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, which we really appreciated. Despite the variety of tasks and the emergency nature of the visit (we had a leak coming from the ceiling), he finished everything quickly—in less than a day! We are so grateful for his honesty, efficiency, and excellent service. We highly recommend to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled plumber.

I feel very happy I picked this person. He is very kind, respectful, professional and knew what he was doing. I did not have to ask him to take his shoes off either. He saw that I was not wearing shoes and saw shoes near the door and simply took his shoes off. That might seem silly to some people, but Los Angeles is a very dirty area and what he did showed respect. He installed a water drop RO system under my kitchen sink. He drilled a hole in my sink and installed it in a short amount of time. I recommend him.

The last project is change pressure valve in supply line that goes to house. That was easy, around 30 minutes
