These guys were LIFESAVERS! Their quote to install a water heater was about HALF of what 4-5 competitors were charging, and they didn't try to upsell for stairs, “bringing up to code," etc. They were even able to help us with an emergency replacement on Easter Sunday. Fast, friendly, responsive, HONEST, and definitely the lowest price. Highly recommended.

Came over his initial estimate window by $200. Told him my hot water heating unit was too small for the house and would often go out with multiple appliances getting run, and he tried to use a newer model of the exact same unit until I said something. All of that is forgivable. What wasn’t was after the install, there was oily residue (pictures attached) that was coming out of my hot faucet. It reeked, and was very apparent. The installing tech refused to believe me. Refused to believe the evidence I brought out to him from the faucet. Said he couldn’t see anything and said he couldn’t smell anything. He made me go to my neighbor and get them to pour me a glass of water because he said it was ” just my water”. It was frustrating and unbelievable. After about 45 minutes I got him to agree to come and flush the tank but he couldn’t do it till way later the following week and I decided I didn’t want him anywhere near my house again. The installation ended up being fine, but I would’ve rather gone with a guy that was $400 more expensive and way more professional. Dishonest. He will lie to your face despite the reality in front of you. Do not recommend.

My water heater had went out on us, the water heater was replaced with a tankless. I gotta say the service that was provided was just surreal. The cleanliness, the service was just very well organized. The team is just in it to provide a rememberable service, believe me once you use these guys, you will never go anywhere else. Big thumbs up.
