Isaak is a very friendly and enthusiastic drain cleaner. He worked hard to clear a very stubborn clog. He gave me some useful tips on keeping the drain clear and demonstrated their positive effect. Even though there were some problematic moments Isaak remained optimistic and upbeat.

Isaac responded to my inquiry about a clogged shower drain in LESS than 5 minutes. He came first thing the following morning and cleared the gross stuff from the pipes AND cleaned up super thoroughly afterwards.

Elmer did a great job with our urgent request. He was very professional and left out place nice and clean. He found another issue while he was fixing our drain and was easily able to fix that too at a reasonable price. I will definitely use Elmer again in the future!

Had a very good experience with the guys that came out. First they assessed the patio drain clog and then provided some different options to help, they were very transparent that they couldn't guarantee a fix but and they had to bring different equipment back. The guy made a few calls to his home office and said they could get to work that same day. When they came back two hours later they went right to work and didn't admit defeat, even when their initial fix didn't work. They ended up staying within their quote, providing clean storm drains on both sides of the house and leaving the place clean (including our street, our neighbors were happy about that). Would definitely use them again.

They did not perform the drain clean out as promised and instead tried to up sell me for a service that cost 15 times as much, claiming that they tried the simple clean out and it did not work. I stepped away from the site for a few minutes when I should have stayed and monitored the work performed. I immediately called another plumber, California Plumbing, and they performed the drain clean out with no problem. My sink is working perfectly now, even after Elite Rooter claimed more substantial, expensive work was needed. Very very disappointing. What a horrible way to do business. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me as a woman instead of just being honest and keeping me as a loyal customer. I will never use this company again and suggest others find another company.

Overall great, didn’t take long to clear up the clog in my sink, it worked well the first day and any mess that was made was cleaned right up by my plumber, thank you so much. Even though it’s beginning to drain slow again I think it’s something with the building piping

These guys showed up on time didn’t mind my dogs which are always all over the place and got the work done quickly. They were sure to clean up after themselves and were about to fish out a root that’s been clogging my backyard drain since I moved it. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if a problem arises.
