- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do free estimates, but I try my best not to give a price over the phone because there’s nothin to worse than hearing one price over the phone and then getting a different price when the plumber actually sees what’s going on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lots of communication, free estimates, and lots of jokes!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started under a master plumber over seven years ago working seven days a week.
