I contacted Armada for a pest control issue after hearing animal noises coming from the powder room. They inspected the area and identified three possible entry points, and set traps in the attic. It cost over $1000, which is not a small number. While the traps did eventually catch two rats, we still heard the same noises after a week of their service being completed, indicating that the problem was not effectively treated.
When we approached Armada about the issue, they wanted to charge extra for another inspection or any further traps. Upon investigating the attic ourselves, we found that the area they treated was not even connected to the space over the powder room, meaning they neglected that part of the job.
The owner even accused us of wanting free services when we just wanted a proper solution to the problem we paid for. While Armada was responsive and punctual during the service, it was disappointing that they couldn't solve the problem and seemed more interested in making more money. I would not recommend their services based on my experience. At least for rodents.
