I had no issues booking Mr. Attic and them showing up right on time. They removed a rodent in our attic space right above master bedroom! The smell was horrifying coking thru the vents and we were not able to sleep in our room. Mr. Attic came and solved the problem right away at a very reasonable price. Thank you for all your help and promptness! Would highly recommend their services.

Mr. Attic always arrived when they said they would. There was good communication with Sean and Ethan, and with Rachel who I think co-ordinated the entire job. My only quibble is with some minor aspects of the workers who left some dirt where they walked in and out of the house with damp shoes, getting to the attic. Not a big deal but short of excellent. I would hire them again.

We provide free estimate base on a visual inspection. Our prices are competitive with the current market. No "Surprise Fees" All prices given are final.

We appreciate your business and will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. We start by scheduling a convenient time to preform a visual inspection and base on the findings create a work plan and estimate. Once the estimate approved by the customer we will set a time for the work.
