Anderson helped me with cleaning my 8x20 shed. He removed existing stuff inside and took them all out. Then he used his power washer and cleaned everything. And also helped move my shed a few feet to another area. That requires some digging and shoveling of soil. He was able to call his friend and got it done quickly with digging tools I had around. If you know what you want done, he will tackle it and get it done.

Just had a roof and gutter clean with Mr. Anderson and his partner Matheus. The crew arrived on time, were professional, friendly and worked diligently on my roof from beginning to the end. After the roof clean, they also sprayed off any debris caught on the wall, window and the floor. Mr. Anderson also took many pictures before and after the roof clean so I can see the changes they made, plus he would also inspect my roof/gutters conditions for potential issues. Overall I am very happy with the results and the project cost is as well upfront reasonable, especially considering they have done a thorough work.

I received the dreaded letter from Liberty Mutual informing me that they would not be renewing my homeowner insurance policy due to ‘moss, mildew or mold’ on my roof. I know many other people who have well cared for homes who received this upsetting notice, but that’s a whole other subject (as well as a potential class action lawsuit). I hired Anderson to power wash my roof and I am thrilled. Not only was his work exceptional, he understands the assignment when it comes to the insurance company. My roof did have a small amount of moss, so he took really good before and after photos and provided me with a paid invoice stating that my roof was in excellent condition. I submitted the photos (the afters only) and the invoice to LM and they immediately rescinded the non-renewal. A huge relief, and I have Anderson to thank for his quick work. He also washed my windows. I’ll happily hire him again.
