Brandon responded immediately to our inquiry of attic and basement cleanup and sanitation. He scheduled a visit right away. We had 2 other estimates scheduled and he was more thorough than the others. He gave us an estimate after his inspection and explained the work he would be doing for us. He was very reasonable and also open to our payment schedule. He was very accommodating and willing to do the work on a Sunday. We inspected the work the next day and were very impressed with his quality of work. We’ll definitely use his company again for other properties.
