Nathaniel @ World Class Plumbing was great! He got in touch with me within 5 minutes from posting my project and the team was at my house within the hour to give me a competitive estimate at no cost. We hired them to replace the disposer and flush the heater. They not only upgraded our old disposer for a Moen but they also changed the piping and cleaned up the entire leak. Everything was taken care of within a couple of hours. They were fast and efficient! They spotted a couple issues with our system which needed to be fixed and gave us great and affordable options to get it done, which other plumbing companies never brought up to us.

I called Art and he made it out to my parents home to fix three or four different things that needed attention. He was extremely efficient and professional. His work was clean and he used quality parts. He went to the hardware store and a plumbing supply store. He tracked down the parts and that was a job in itself! He was pleasant, kind, patient, understanding and he was able to charm my 81 yo mom in Spanish. He should of charged extra for that! She isn’t easily convinced. ;0)
I’m so happy to have contacted him from a list of many plumbers that replied. He was my first pick and I will call him again. I will gladly and confidently refer him to friends and family too.

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to write this review with the hope that my experience can help someone else. I called Elite Rooter due to my master bathroom sinks backing up. I have relied on Thumbtack for many other services and all vendors that I have used in the past have been great, therefore I went back to this reliable source for my plumbing needs.
Jose from Elite Rooter was the technician assigned to our service ticket. Very nice and polite, he reviewed the issue and after troubleshooting, informed me there was an issue in the main line. Jose tried cabling the line and it did not clear, therefore informed me that he would need to perform a hydro jetting service with his mini jetter. The cost was $750 for this service. I agreed, as it seemed logical that there was likely build-up from over the years and if this would fix the issue, we’d be in good shape. Jose informed me after jetting for some time that the mini jetter was not sufficient, he would need to go to the office and pick up the commercial jetter which was more powerful and would be able to push through the line. After returning with another technician and a commercial jetter, they said they successfully jetted the line but unfortunately, it did not fix the problem. They said I would be unable to use my sinks and they recommended the next step be to physically dig a 5x5 square hole in the concrete outside to access the line to allow them to perform a spot repair for $4,500.
I was not happy having spent $750 and the only outcome we received was another quote for $4500. They said if I went forward with the $4500 job, the $750 would be applied toward it.
We spoke with the manager Chris who agreed that customer service was most important and while he insisted that the work was performed, he agreed to refund us half of the fee. To date, we have not received the refund or return call from the office after our follow-up.
At this point, we did not feel comfortable and obtained two other opinions. The first company's technician inserted his camera and advised me that there was “no way” that line was jetted. When he pulled out his camera it was filled with grease. He said that had that line been jetted, it would never look that way. The third company evaluated and showed me with the camera that the area was full of grease and agreed that it had not been jetted. The technician was confident he could fix the issue by truly jetting the line and said if he did not fix it, there would be no charge. I liked that confidence. I thought I had nothing to lose, so I went for it. He truly did jet the line (with a mini jetter) and charged half the cost of Elite Rooter. He fixed the issue and my sinks have been working ever since.
My advice. Always get a second or third opinion….
