Extremely professional. I even wanted to wait to confirm I wanted to use him until after I sent the quote to a friend to see if the price was right. he was so nice and friendly and agreeable! All pricing includes parts and labor. we offer free on-site estimates and provide discounts for seniors and military.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
set an appointment that fits best for customers schedules. Give customers a written estimate that will include cost for parts, labor and length of time the project will take. Once the proposal is signed we complete the job and end with a happy customer... my objective is to make sure my customers are completely satisfied with our services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been plumbing for over 30 years. I Attended Los Angeles Trade Tech. I'm highly experienced in residential plumbing, commercial plumbing and new construction plumbing.
