I took Anatoliy’s help to add an interior Large French door. When he visited for the measurements, he gave ideas as it is not a straight forward door install as my opening was bigger than the available door sizes and gave me a reasonable labor quote. I was convinced that he would be the right person to help with this project. During the install he paid attention to every detail and took the time needed to work through the door install. I am extremely happy with the door install. Impressed by his work, I gave an additional amount than what we agreed. I will hire him again for any other similar jobs. Thank you Anatoliy.

We got a new door installed, and Markov construction did an excellent job installing it: the door fits well and the frame looks good. Markov construction assessed the most economical options: custom frame (or not) and custom door (or not), and found a good solution that worked for us: non-custom door and non-custom frame/jam, but rather an extended (deeper) frame/jam composed of two frames/jams that accomplish the same thing (and same look). This kept the project cost down and quality high. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Markov construction again.

Jared helped with installing storm door in my house. He came for a initial estimate appointment and helped me to order the right door size. Once, I had the door delivered, he was able to come the next day and completed the installation professionally and less than 2 hours. He took off the initial estimate amount from the final pay. I can confidently recommend Jared for any projects that he shows interest in. I had reached out to other installers in thumbtack and they ghosted me after initial conversation/never bothered to reply and the quote I got from door/window installation companies is twice, what I ended up on spending.
Will be definitely reaching out to Jared before exploring other options.

Brad fixed a broken door for me. He visited my home twice and was exactly on time for both visits. He was flexible to work with - I went against his advice of replacing the whole door frame and instead wanted to replace only part of the frame as it would save me $50. While he pointed out that it would not be possible to match the stain exactly, he was fine with doing what I wanted. The job was done well. He finished within the time estimate he gave and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. He had forgotten to mention a 15% surcharge on out-sourced work but took it off the final bill rather than increase his initial estimate. Would definitely recommend him.
