There were some potentially unnecessary expenses that Redmond Remodeling went over with me during the job, which was completed flawlessly and quickly. The work? Master bedroom light fixture replacement with a ceiling fan that we provided. The result? Perfectly installed, silent, vibrationless, without bracing or structural modifications which proved to be unnecessary for this application, in this structure. Others had submitted bids for the work with bracing included, rather than taking the preferred method of investigate first, inform, and then move forward with homeowner permission. Fantastic, will definitely recommend.
