I hired Juan for a major indoor remodeling on a 1976 split-level house. He is very skilled on replacing existing doors with new pre-hung doors. He knows all the techniques to make precise cut adjustments to fit openings and also alter moldings around the doors. He replaced 9 indoor doors, one exterior door and moldings/baseboards throughout the entire house (2000 SQF). His work quality was excellent with nice finish and clean sealing. Juan also removed a pocket door and widened the opening including changes to door framing, new drywall/mud/texturing. Further contributions included the installation of 2 bypass closet doors, 4 sliding closet doors, a fire mantel and application of new caulking in all bathrooms. Juan adhered diligently to the agreed-upon schedule. Beyond his technical skills, Juan’s soft and patient character coupled with excellent communication, made the collaboration a pleasure. His adept handling of the inevitable challenges that arise in remodeling project added to the overall experience of working with him.
