There was an unfortunate series of events that happened while Ron was installing my water heater, my main line was severed and water poured into my house for more than an hour and a half. The city had to be called to shut off the main water line to my block. Ron did everything he could to handle the situation, but this was a horrifying experience. Only redeeming factor was that Ron remained calm under pressure.

They were able to get our water heater installed the same day we requested. I gave them the wrong size, but they were very professional and prompt in just going to get the right size. They ended up working late to make sure we were taken care of. Great quality work! They even took the time to walk us through the new heater and warranties before they left.
