He was excellent and friendly. My Mom was here when the work was done, along with my adult son. She was very impressed! He also checked a leaky sink in the bathroom and quoted a repair $200 cheaper than our previous plumber! He was on time, never made her feel uncomfortable, and did the job correctly. Very happy!

Spencer responded to me after hours and came out the next morning even though he had other things going on that day. He fixed the toilet problem and just really helped me out. I already am working with him to help with some more plumbing issues, like installing a taller ADA toilet and higher-end bidet seat for my elderly father. Spencer charged totally reasonable also, especially for all his time communicating with me before even getting here and getting the correct parts on the way over.
