We had one of the nastiest smells come out of our main drain in our facility, and Brian took care of it. I cant imagine the smells he has been put through, but he was efficient and very professional. If we have any other issues I will 100% be contacting him again.

Highly Recommend!We had a clogged drain and reached out to Mr. Rooter. They scheduled the visit, reminded us of the visit and then called when they were on their way (communication was great). The clog was taken care of and the tech was friendly and competent. Would recommend and use again.

Can't say enough for the job Brian did for us. A fiber optic company had cut into two sewer lines at our duplex. Another plumbing company could not locate the problem prior to me calling Mr Plumber. Brian came out within hours of my call and located the problem and the next day he had the crew digging and repairing the Brakes in the sewer line, calling me many times to keep me up-to- date. Took lots of photos for me. Brian went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him and Mr Rooter for any plumbing needs.

I am extremely impressed with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I had an issue over the weekend and, although I lived far out of their service range, they went the extra mile to walk me through possible solutions over the phone. I was able to use their advice to make the right decision for my water heater and get up and running!
