I called Friday evening and they came out Saturday morning. Tech explained what it would take to do the work and the estimated cost. After the work was completed and before departing the tech ensured we had no questions and had us check and make sure the HVAC units worked. Tech did practice COVID-19 protocol while in the residence. I will use them again for future HVAC issues.

Tristan responded right away, was able to come to my business same day, assess the problem, source materials and complete the work same day. The cost was the most reasonable of other providers I contacted. I was throughly pleased and will be using this company in the future for all my HVAC needs!

Our AC went out on Sunday and Max was quick to respond and come out on Sunday to diagnose the issues and first thing Monday morning he was here with the parts and fixed the issue. He was clear about what the issues were and fixes and went through the whole system and checked it’s components and cleaned it and optimized it. The pricing felt a bit more than I expected it to be but again I’m not very knowledgeable of how much HVAC fixes cost these days. I’m very satisfied that the issue is fixed so promptly and with such care and professionalism. Definitely calling him again for any HVAC related issue in our house. He came out and changed out our compressor fan motor and added Freon and cleaned our filters and system.

Update 7/12/22: After I posted my review on 07/05 about my experience with HVAC Heroes the owner - Triston, reached out to me directly to try and make it right. He ended up refunding my service fee (which I thought was reasonable and only fair) but also covering the cost of the part that I paid the second company to fix, so I was out $0. This was beyond what I was expecting, and a sign of a great business. Although his company could not provide the service to my AC, he went out of his way to do what he could to fix it and showed great customer service and satisfaction.

They were prompt in responding to my request, and had someone to my house within a few hours., and the tech was nice, HOWEVER… I was given a quote of $3200 to replace my compressor or $5800 to replace the entire unit (which I was shocked as the unit is only 6 years old). I opted to get a second quote before paying that much and SOOOO glad I did. Another company came a few hours later, said the issue was the capacitator/“battery” which I was told by HVAC HEROES wasn’t the issue. They replaced it and the Air was back on working fine before they left and only cost me $260 to replace it. The second company went in the attic to survey the in home ac unit and gave recs for my drip pan. None of which HVAC Heroes did- only assessed the outside unit. All in all I’m glad I didn’t go with them HVAC HEROES as I saved 8x the cost, and got a thorough inspection!

We called HVAC Heroes for our home AC which had stopped working all of a sudden. They responded through Thumbtack within a minute and scheduled a check up within an hour. The technicians Triston and Julian arrived exactly on time. They diagnosed the issue within the first few minutes and worked on resolving it quickly. The issue was diagnosed correctly and they had the parts with them needed for replacement. We are very happy with the service that we received, these guys very very professional, punctual and gave us an excellent price for the service. Would definitely recommend them without any hesitation!

I have had lots of AC issues over the years, so when my AC wasn't blowing air i immediately shut it off and started a search on Thumbtack. I actually had two guys out the next morning.
The first guy out diagnosed my upstairs unit (that is old and likely needs repairs-but it was running and working) and never got to the problem with the downstairs unit.
Comfort air came in after i left, looked at everything and let me know i could replace a part and be up and running but it would be a new board on a 20 year old unit. My wife chimed in and said just replace it. From the time Gauge came through the door to estimate the repair to the completion of removing my old heater/air handler and dragging it out of the attic and hauling the new one up and installing it and having it working in just over 24 hours. In September 95 degree weather that's import. i have old stuff i know that. But Gauge was honest and fixed what needed to be fixed. I would strongly recommend COMFORT AIR for all you HVAC needs.
