- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to your concerns and gathering the basic details about your system or the issue you're experiencing. From there, we’ll schedule a convenient time to come out and inspect the system. After diagnosing the problem or assessing the project, we explain everything clearly—what’s going on, what your options are, and what we recommend. We always provide upfront pricing before doing any work. If it's a repair, we aim to fix it on the spot whenever possible. For replacements or larger jobs, we’ll give you a detailed proposal and answer any questions you have. Our goal is to make the process stress-free, honest, and efficient from start to finish.
