My AC wasn’t cooling and after waiting hours for a return call from my previous HVAC servicer, I decided to reach out to Cool Trust. They got back to me immediately and sent out a technician within the hour. Jay Yu explained everything that he was doing. After checking to make sure that the issue wasn’t the capacitor or wiring, it was subsequently determined that my compressor was burnt out. Based on the age of the unit it seemed more cost effective to replace the whole outdoor unit. Cool Trust sent me quotes for several different replacements/brands the same day. I researched them and they installed my selection the very next day. The house feels great again and so far all is well. I’m very pleased with the service!
