Chris was available the same day and even came out over the weekend!! He fixed the broken pipe in a timely manner and was very affordable. I will be calling him again if i ever need any plumbing fixes.

Right now service is on hold because of me. Mikey’s Plumbing was quick to respond. Just as soon as I have the fixtures I definitely will have him come out. Service was completed quickly. So pleased, would definitely call again if needed.

Nate from Ray Ray's came out right away, over the weekend, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. On Monday I contacted them with the "go ahead." By 1:00PM, the job was completed and we were back in business. Really appreciated how Nate explained everything and was friendly doing it. I would highly recommend Nate and Ray Ray's Plumbing.

When I initially contacted Ascencios plumbing, I spoke with “Robert” (he never identified himself, I was told later) he was nice and courteous. I mentioned my issue with a wobbling and leaking toilet, and told me they could fix it and gave me a quote. I asked if they could come on a specific date and time, which he agreed. I asked what method of payment did he take, he mentioned zelle or check. The coming weekend Robert asked if they could change the date we had agreed on, I said I was unable to. I asked if they would be able to keep the date and time? He stated that they could.
The day of the scheduled date, I arrive on time only to be told that they were running an hour late! I waited. After the hour I called again, and they stated the plumber was north of Austin (they’re not local to New Braunfels) and would take another half hour! They finally show up two hours later.
The plumber who went out, his name is Audias was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He identified the issue and fixed it.
When I asked how much was it? They gave me the original quoted price. The issue came when I tried to pay with a check, he now said they don’t accept checks. Huge hassle to go get cash and receive no receipt.
Would I use them again?
They did a good job with the toilet, however, I don’t have all day to wait around for them. Definitely a last resort.
