The technician was very responsive to the request with the plumbing issue. Lastly, he was very thorough on the explanation of what is needed and how plumbing works. He gave various options on what was available with the price point. In addition, very quick in the assessment, correction of the issue, and professionalism of work done. The total amount of time spent was an hour and a 1/2 to complete work?
