Very nice professional guys. Helped me understand what was going on in my central unit. They cleaned the ducts and sprayed a green color disinfectant.
Honestly, it needed to be done. And they did it in 2 hours. My parents immediately noticed a difference in the quality of air when we turned on the ac.
He was so nice actually he even said he would look at the duct in my dryer.
It was helpful bc I don’t know much about these things.
I would hire them again if I had too. They were genuinely working hard and wanted to make an impact. They got the sale from me.

Melissa, a Marine Corps vet, responded almost immediately to my inquiry via Thumbtack, and was able to set up an appointment with us the very next work day. They were very prompt, thorough, polite, and professional, and provided pictures of their completed work in our home and offered valuable advice. They cleaned up without any residue left over which was fantastic! Plus they offer discounts for seniors, veterans and expectant mothers. Highly recommend!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. They advertised a $99 dryer duct cleaning, but the final bill was nearly $900, which is outrageous. The technician claimed there was a major safety issue based on a photo of a clogged duct. However, I had disconnected the duct in that exact spot just two days earlier, and it was flowing freely. There is no plausible way it could have become that severely blocked in such a short time, making the photo inaccurate and misleading.
The service itself was rushed and incomplete—they didn’t even clean the exterior exhaust. On top of that, the technician left a mess in my attic, scattering tape and debris everywhere. If he didn’t have proper cleanup materials, he could have simply asked, and I would have provided them. The lack of professionalism and basic respect for my home was shocking.
To make matters worse, the technician pressured me to write a positive review while standing over me, insisting I do it immediately so he could get a tip. This behavior is unethical and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
I reached out to the company to give them an opportunity to address my concerns, but they refused to take accountability. Instead, they claimed they had done nothing wrong and blamed the entire situation on me.
Given this unacceptable experience, I will also be submitting a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Overall, this service felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of customers with inflated charges, misleading claims, high-pressure tactics, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I expected far better for the price I was charged. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
