We have locations in both Dallas and Fort Worth serving the entire Metroplex area to get to you as promptly as we can. We think giving our customers a professional, value added service with courtesy and integrity is how all businesses should be operated. We do not make commission or try to sell you services you don't need to increase our profit and our prices don't change after we get there. We do what we say we are going to do! Our prices are for a COMLPETE cleaning, not a "basic" cleaning that really doesn't do anything. The owner of the company was able to come out and evaluate my dryer vent n in a fast manner. He took the camera up and was able to see how dirty my duct was. He told me the solution and was able to thorough clean my dryer duct all the way to the exterior. Once completed they reinstalled my dryer and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend him again!

Just had my vents and air ducts cleaned. I couldn’t be happier with the service they offered. The team arrived on time, explained the entire process and worked very efficiently. They took great care to clean thoroughly. Would highly recommend them!!

DCResolutions responded to my request for service within 10 minutes and agreed to do the job the same morning at 9:30 - Impressive! George was very thorough in detailing the steps inviting cleaning my dryer duct. He did an excellent job with showing me the lint debris in my vent using his camera and followed up with clearing it out completely. I’d give him 10 stars if possible. DCResolutions’ value for your money far exceeds their competitors.

DCResolutions did a great job cleaning out my dryer vent. He discovered that my vent to the outside had been painted shut and was causing it to clog. He definitely took his time to clean it out thoroughly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer honest and fair prices with no hidden fees. We don't entice potential customers with low prices to get inside their homes then upsell them with more and more services. That's dishonest!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain to them how their cleaning will be performed and with what equipment. Ask potential customers some questions about the last time a cleaning was performed, if ever then go through the process of what we do and approximately how long it will take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience in commercial HVAC sequencing installs in commercial warehouses, schools and large buildings as well as 16 years in plumbing skills with a masters rating and 30 years in aviation maintenance with an A&P certification.
