The HVAC Tech (Thomas) was outstanding, performed routine maintenance, informed me of potential issues in the future. He didn’t try to up sell or persuade me for any repairs, simply gave me the facts and ultimately let me (the homeowner) decide. This was a real nice switch from some of the other HVAC companies we have used. CW will be my go to service provider for our HVAC from now on

The whole communication process was terrible, and I do not appreciate your messages trying to shame me for mistakes that were made by your dispatch and customer service. If you're going to reschedule, and then send people outside of windows you've indicated, then your dispatch has to be available outside of those windows too in order to deal with scheduling issues. And don't send nasty messages when you mess it up as if it's my fault. I have the texts to show it wasn't.
