The first remodel was an extension to the back of the house to enlarge a master bath and additionally enclosing a patio. Mick provided excellent design options on the extension and the patio enclosure. Our goal was to ensure the extension and patio enclosure matched the existing home elevation and it does perfectly. The new master bath is very functional and does increase our home value. The patio enclosure enlarges space for our family room activities and entertaining. The actual bid ended up being more than they initial guessed it might be because we did a lot more than I originally asked for. They skim-coated some heavily-textured walls and did doors, trim and closet interiors. The final price for 6 rooms + hallway in my 1550 sq ft house was around $3000. A lot, but not outrageous and they did a beautiful job. They even mopped the floors when they were through. They finished in just a few days, whereas if I had tried to do it I’d still be working on it. I gave them the color codes of the shades I wanted, they got SW to mix it, and SW called me to pay over the phone. Pretty painless!"See more
