The team was super friendly, knowledgable, responsive and efficient. Throughout the whole process, they were on top of everything, making sure everything was going smoothly. We kept waiting for something to go wrong, but the team fixed problems before we even realized they were a problem (for example the toilet we ordered was broken when they picked it up from the store; they called us and said they could just exchange it for us right then, problem solved!). They also were very specific in helping us understand what materials we needed, and were always available for questions as they came up. This helped us be confident in ordering materials and we could get this done quickly and without delays. The entire team was professional and respectful during the few weeks the remodel took, and the end results are absolutely beautiful. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the work GCR Construction Company did for us. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Jody G. says, "Trent McClain was one of three companies I asked to provide a quote to replace some rotten siding with Hardiboard and to replace all my 25 yr old gutters with new. Trent was the only one out of the three to tell me I had hail damage on my roof and gutters. As a result I filed an insurance claim which gave me a new roof and new gutters. I still paid Trent’s company for the new Hardiboard and a repaint. All of his workers were obviously very used to working together and were all very professional. Trent was on-site as they worked, verifying that what I expected is what I was getting. My house looks fantastic with the new Hardiboard and paint, and the new gutters actually work great unlike my old ones. The new roof is very nice looking, too.
