Among other improvements, they removed the outdated concrete and replaced it with beautiful pavers. The previous drain was a small circular one, positioned several feet from the edges of the courtyard, which failed to effectively channel rainwater. Additionally, the slope leading to the drain was noticeable and affected furniture placement. ECO Star Remodeling recommended installing a linear drain along the edge of the new garage wall, which not only works flawlessly but also adds an aesthetic touch compared to the original small round drain. The slope of the new courtyard is very gentle and unobtrusive, with the transition from the house to the courtyard seamlessly maintained at almost the same level. At our request, they covered the cinder block walls, significantly improving the overall aesthetic.
