Following my water heater dumping inches of water on my basement floor I posted my needs on Thumbtack. Within a few minutes I had my first quote and later a few more. Water Heater Express was my first and lowest estimate. I did additional checking and discovered positive reviews. I then contacted them and they were very easy to work with in setting up an appointment to match my schedule. They arrived on time, evaluated my installation, supplied advice to bring things up to current code and quickly set about removing the old heater and installing a new 40 gallon heater. When finished they carefully cleaned up the area and provided information on care and maintenance. I also discussed that they not only install water heaters but do other plumbing as well. I also received a follow up phone call to be certain everything was ok. I will certainly contact Water Heater Express in the future.

Installed a tanked water heater in a tight space. Home depot couldn't do the job. It was an efficient install overall. Just left the box outside the building - trash comes in another 6 days. Also left some rust waste water from the old tank on the toilet seat.

We had a great experience getting our new water heater installed. He was flexible with scheduling and arrived on time. The job was done in less than 2 hours and the work was done well and neat. He had all the equipment and fittings and soldered the connections professionally. Water heater works great.. would definitely recommend. His rate was far less than Home Depot and Roto Rooter.. not worth using them. Just make sure you purchase the right water heater for your setup and your good to go.

Web site said Free on-site estimate. Made or thought I had made an appointment. Got a email telling me that the appointment was cancelled,and for them to install my water heater,(which I already have) would cost 1400.00. Hell, I paid less than half of that to purchase my water heater. They're out of their damned minds!

I needed a water heater replacement and called Benny at Subzero because of his positive reviews. He completed the work yesterday and I would recommend Benny to my family and friends who have plumbing needs. He always responded to my calls in a timely manner and was flexible in scheduling my water heater replacement. Benny and his son did a great job with the removal of my old water heater and installation of the new one. They worked efficiently and carefully in the small closet space that houses the water heater. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation! By the way, Benny's price was the lowest of the three estimates that I solicited so I know I also got a great value using him and his son.

These guys were the absolute best. I needed a new hot water heater installed - these guys came over to see what was needed, picked stuff up (saving me over $50 on the things I had picked up that I can now return because weren’t needed), and got right to work. My old heater was so calcified they had to empty it from the top which they did so efficiently and kindly despite it definitely being more of a pain to do. Will absolutely be using this company again

My water heater started leaking around midnight, and Michael was not only available, but was able to arrive early the next morning, and immediately install a new heater. He also did an amazing job, the kind where it feels like he's working on something for his own house, and truly care about doing it right and high quality.
The price was also great. I am used to having to negotiate with people trying to overprice their work, but with Michael his initial estimate was already a great price, and he didn't change it even after he had to stay much longer due to issues with removing the old heater (which he also took with him so I didn't need to deal with disposing it).
