Rick was able to determine why I was smelling sewer gas from a phone call, before they even saw the job. He had me try some things to confirm the location which built my confidence in his knowledge and I was happy to book the job with Premiere. I wasn’t so happy when he called the following day, 15 minutes after I was expecting him to fix the issue to say that he had an emergency. And again when he said he would get back to me that day but I got no followup as to whether he would come or not. I was left to assume that I needed to start my search again to find a plumber.
Fortunately he did call the following morning to say he was sending a guy out, Cameron, who was very nice, took his shoes off, cleaned the area he worked in and was very professional about his job. So despite a day of delay, I would recommend them.
So while I would like to see Rick have the same urgency that he does with getting his work orders paid to the customer service followup and arrival time, I was very pleased with the work and his employee when they finally did arrive.
