I had a problem with my bathrooms toilets. They seemed to both clog at once. I went to Thumbtack and checked all of the reviews and decided on calling I 5 Plumbing because of their excellent reviews. I can wholeheartedly say, it was a GREAT DECISION! From the moment I spoke with Sophia in the office to the completion of the job, I felt I was in good hands. They are professional, kind, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. Justin was wonderful and patient in answering and explaining the many questions I had relating to the job. He is excellent at his job and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any plumbing problems and/or needs.

Nicholas was extremely professional and thoroughly explained the issue and what work needed to be done. He took the time to explain the next steps as well as issues that were discovered such as roots growing into our line. I was very pleased with how quickly our plumbing problem was fixed. I would definitely use this company in the future for repairs and upgrades. It's refreshing to have really great service!

Michael from I 5 Plumbing did an amazing job fixing my shower head. He was professional, communicative, and punctual. I would definitely recommend him and I 5 plumbing.

These guys were great.
They were responded almost immediately to my need for an urgent water leak and then when we trouble shot it and found out, it was just a old valve that needed to be closed they only charged me the service fee and didn’t try to upsell me. Highly recommended

Very responsive, came and helped out on a Saturday after we had a leak in the basement. The plumber explained what he thought the problem was, how he was going to fix it, and how we would know if he was right and had fixed it. He was right and everything was fixed quickly!
