Unsatisfactory Experience with RCG Plumbing:
I hired Robert from RCG Plumbing to install a new water heater in my home. While he initially completed the installation and installed a drip pan, (both water heater and pan provided by me the customer) a closer inspection revealed some concerning details. The drip pan cap had been removed and the pan was positioned behind the water heater, perfectly facing the wall in a way that seemed deliberately concealed. Additionally, there were leaks that appeared after the installation.
Robert did return to address the leaks; however, he “forgot” to fix the drip pan issue, despite previous discussions about it. Since then, he has become unresponsive, leaving my messages on read and not answering calls.
Given this experience, I recommend that future customers exercise caution when considering RCG Plumbing.

I contacted Seth for some plumbing work that I had planned but realized was above my skill level. We quickly scheduled what I thought was just an evaluation appointment, but I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to do all of the work that same night. I appreciate that he worked well into the evening to get the job done. I got exactly what I wanted and the work quality was great. I recommend McGuire Plumbing to anyone who needs quick, high quality work. He may charge a traveling fee if you're in the north Dayton area, but in my case it was worth it. Thumbs up!

We had a 3:00 p.m. appt. scheduled. for a Saturday. I received a call at 11:00 a.m. from Ren Plumbing. I don't normally wake up until noon due to my work schedule. I called back a little after noon and was told that Ren Plumbing was no longer in my area, had returned to Kentucky(I'm in Ohio) and they needed to reschedule for next week. None of the messages, texts etc. indicated that they wouldn't be able to make our scheduled, agreed upon time. I was unaware until I actually spoke with someone from the company when I woke up that day that they were not coming out. . So they missed the agreed upon appt. Left me hanging until next week and expected that to be alright. It was not.

Mr. Plumber Man came out to replace my outdoor hose bib that was broken and I cannot say enough about how refreshing it was to find a plumber like Eric! He was very responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, helpful, reasonable, the list could go on and on. I highly recommend hiring him for any of your plumbing needs! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

Ren plumbing responded ASAP to my need for a toilet installation. Had a previous job not gone longer than expected, they would have been out 1 day after contact. Instead it was 2 days and that was fine with me. They took their time to install the toilet, tested it and cleaned up after themselves. Both men ensured everything was up and perfect before leaving. Better price than the big box stores.

I hire this person to do a plumbing job in my house. He damage all my plumbing. I paid him in cash and he said he would send me a digital receipt. He never sent me the receipt. I contacted thumbtack because of the damage and the customer service told me I could hire a plumber to repair the damage and they would cover it under the garante. I told the customer service that I had paid the contractor in cash. And the contractor told me that he would sent me a digital receipt, but he didn't. The customer service told me I could still hire someone to repair the damages because there was proof I hired him and they would reimbursement me. I show them the damages he had made in the house. I had to hire a plumber to repair the damages cause by this person. Thumbtack did not cover my damages. Be aware so this doesn't happen to you.
