After being gone from my NKY property for two months, I arrived to a cold townhouse yesterday!… thermostat stopped working. Noah responded quickly, arrived on a Sunday evening and replaced my thermostat. Noah’s willingness to work on a Sunday saved me a hotel charge Temps were unusually frigid and it was great to stay in my own home last night, warm and cozy. I will be replacing my HVAC system in the spring and definitely plan on partnering with Cincy Climate Control for upgrade.

Our tech Noah was excellent. He took out our old thermostat, installed a new smart one, and walked us through the steps to connect the device to our phones. When we hit snags with the connection, he helped us figure it out and made sure we were up and running before he left. Can’t recommend him and the Cincy Climate crew enough!
