Our tech Noah was excellent. He took out our old thermostat, installed a new smart one, and walked us through the steps to connect the device to our phones. When we hit snags with the connection, he helped us figure it out and made sure we were up and running before he left. Can’t recommend him and the Cincy Climate crew enough!

I can only choose 3 things I like about working with Cincy Climate Control, but I would choose all 5. Responsiveness, work quality, punctuality, professionalism, and value! Their prices are fair. They didn't try to upcharge me for things I didn't need. They are knowledgeable and went above and beyond. They were extremely patient especially when came to dealing with my tenant.
