- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees fluctuate as the job at hand becomes more complicated. Some jobs may look easy, but may require more attention to properly fix the problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting an idea of exactly what they want. Offering options. I provide a lot of communication so the customer has the opportunity to be involved every step to their liking.
