I recently hired Balloon and Color to decorate my son’s first birthday party. From initial outreach through planning, event setup, and breakdown, Francesca was incredibly responsive, creative, resourceful, and professional. Her contract was clear and her prices were more than fair.
After speaking to Francesca to discuss the event I knew she was the right one for the job. She was so kind and willing to work with me on the theme and my budget. She was responsive to all my text messages with ideas and inspiration. I explained what I was looking for, sent an inspiration photos, and we collaborated on adding a cardboard cutout and sign to the design. She even outreached the venue on her own to coordinate an early setup time and later breakdown time to ensure that everything would run smoothly in the day of the event.
My son’s birthday party was this past weekend and everyone from myself, to guests, to staff at the restaurant were blown away by Francesca’s work! She is a true artist! To quote the event coordinator: “This is incredible, over the top, gorgeous! Better than I ever imagined after discussing the theme with you!” Francesca created a beautiful circular balloon arch for me, a balloon mosaic number, centerpieces, and I also rented a cake stand from her. The whole design was stunning and better than I could’ve ever imagined.
