- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are committed to delivering exceptional floral arrangements by sourcing the finest flowers from Holland, Japan, South America, and local vendors. Our pricing structure reflects the quality and excellence we provide, and therefore, discounts are not offered. We offer a complimentary initial consultation over the phone to understand your needs. Following this, we provide an initial mood board with one revision free of charge. Should additional revisions be required, they are available at a rate of $150 each, unless a contract is signed confirming your decision to work with us. For all events, there is a non-negotiable 15% fee for delivery and installation, and a 7.5% fee for breakdown and disposal. This structure ensures clarity and transparency in our pricing, allowing us to maintain the highest standards for your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer begins with a complimentary consultation over the phone. This discussion helps us understand your needs and vision for the event. After this initial consultation, we create an initial mood board, which includes images and pricing estimates for the required items. This will provide you with a comprehensive overview of your event's total cost, look, and feel. We offer one revision to the mood board at no additional charge. If you require further revisions, each is available for a fee of $150 unless you sign a contract committing to work with us. To ensure a smooth planning process, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of contract signing. The remaining balance is due 14 business days prior to your event. Please note that we cannot accommodate any cancellations or changes within 30 days of the event. This timeline allows us to maintain the highest standards and ensure every aspect of your event is perfectly executed.

Over the course of 25 years in the event Design field and career, Fabiana has mastered her craft in all aspects of production and event planning, interior designing, as well as leadership and staff development. Moreover, she has accomplished a distinctive twist in her career by taking on diversified roles including freelance event designer, event manager, production manager, and florist for numerous large event designers and production companies around the world. These roles have introduced her to different personalities, creative ideas, and global concepts that have significantly molded the company she has built today.
