- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction Call: As I love to get to know more about what a client's needs are and their vision, I always start with a quick call. Zoom Meet: Soon after I'll do a zoom invite so we meet visually and you can tour my studio and designs. In Person: If you prefer we meet in person. I'll have a cup of tea in hand and one for you if you'd like. Written Estimate: I send along a written estimate for approval Contract: Once the estimate is accepted, I send a contract/invoice for the initial deposit. Date is booked only upon receipt of signed contract/invoice and initial deposit. Final payment is due day of your occasion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an accomplished event planning and merchandising background: coordinating, set-up, hosting, styling & break-down for corporate America and consumers across the USA. These events ranged from 50-4000 attendees.
