Katherine was exceptional for us. We initially ordered balloon columns and upon her arrival our DIY arch fell apart. She attended to it and salvaged the arch + other decor. We’ll definitely use Katherine’s services for our decor needs in the future.. no more DIY arches for us.

It was a great experience to work with Katherine. She is punctual & very responsive. I was not sure @ the theme for my child's first birthday. She suggested me with backdrop themes & designs as well as which color of balloons would compliment the decoration. Everything went perfect. I loved her work. Balloon quality was superb. Would definately work with her in future.
