Working with Bliss is Chic decor for my daughter's fifth 'Elemental' Disney-themed birthday was a real treat. After our initial call, the owner went right into the sharing her ideas for the entryway, picnic setup and the food set up. I was impressed by the materials without she used and services that all stayed within budget plus her rates are reasonable. Her professional touch and eye for detail were evident all through. Even with kids buzzing around during setup, she stayed cool and friendly. The setup for the cake plus the arch balloons stole the show. She works really efficiently that set up and breakdown was done so quickly. Bliss was key to our successful event, and I'd definitely suggest her for any special occasion.

Marion and her team did an excellent job for my son’s 10th birthday decor. Everyone was raving about the decorations. I will definitely be using them again . If you are think of hiring them I will recommend them 10/10
