The execution of the Mario and Baby Peach theme was perfect, complete with truly enchanting decorations like custom signage, tons of theme colored balloons, a glorious 4 ft cutout, and custom Mario centerpieces tying everything together. All the colors they picked created a warm and inclusive atmosphere that made me think my home was a Mario Bros. level.
Crys and her team were incredibly professional, responsive and true to their word. They understood the assignment from the very beginning, and exceeded my personal expectations. The setup process was smooth and well communicated, and you can tell they were as concerned as I was with ensuring the day was as special as the occasion demanded - celebrating the arrival of my first grandchild!
The website and planning software they use make it extremely easy to see exactly what you are paying for, take things away that may not be necessary, and add things you think are appropriate, all with tons of options and clear up front pricing. We took advantage of this convenience which made it easy to ensure everything fit right into our budget, with Crys being a single text, call or email away to consult with you or if anything doesn't look exactly how you want.
And on top of all that, there was an issue with a sub-contractor that Crys went above and beyond to make sure was completely resolved and I couldn't have been happier. I would honestly recommend 23Five Events to anyone looking to have a beautiful, stress-free and truly memorable event.
