- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We thank them for their consideration and then proceed to gather all the information for the event. From there we do research, create a presentation/mock up and provide a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 5 + years in event planning experience. We also come from a church community that we volunteer to help with decor and participate for fundraising purposes. Our employment experiences range from customer service, sales, administrative support and our education with trainings in contracting, grant and proposal preparation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We always enjoyed hosting events amongst our friend group and would always try to go over the top with decor on a budget. It help us exercise our love for art and creativity.
