FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All parties/events are unique, which is why I create unique packages that fit the party, not trying to fit my services around the party. I will work with customers to create packages that will address the needs of the events that they have, to ensure the best possible entertainment for the customers and their events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond to messages As Soon As Possible, as I am very responsive to every customer! Then I would ask to get on a phone call to discuss the event, as it is the best way to understand the needs of the event. After the discussion, I will provide a custom package that addresses the needs of the event, along with a quote. If we move forward, I will send an invoice to the customer, which also doubles as a contract.* 50% deposit is required 1 week from when I send the invoice, and is refundable until a pre-determined amount of time, depending on the event. *If a contract is needed, one will be provided!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Starting in High School, I was in the Drama Club, where one of our plays one semester was a children's play. Immediately after that, I started to work at Chuck E Cheese. During my 6 years there, I did all the positions, including leading birthday parties, which transferred perfectly when I started to twist balloons at non-Chuck birthday parties. I worked for an entertainment company, who taught me how to twist balloons, lead themed birthday parties, along with other entertainment related projects. Since 2018, I have taken Improv Comedy classes, and perform in troupes. Improv has been the most helpful when it comes to entertaining kids as the lesson of "yes and", the art of believing the reality your partner presents you, works perfectly with kids' imagination. Their brains will create fantastical reasons and justifications for their words/actions, and kids appreciate an entertainer who plays along with them, instead of saying "that's silly"
