- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at Prestigious Entertainment we provide the upmost prestigious services at an incredible price. The price that you get quoted on is the final price. No hidden fees! Discounts are available Monday through Thursday.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand when a new customer might be hesitant or nervous if they are being scammed or stripped of their money for a service that wasn't up to par. That is why we made it our mission to work for our current reviews and lead Thumbtack as the company with the quickest response rate. We want all our customers, especially new customers to have an enjoyable experience purchasing our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our staff members has experience working with children or experience in Theatre & Arts. Along with their experience we make sure we prepare them to give our clients a great show and to also be adaptable to any obstacles that is thrown their way.
