Scott Sitron says, "We hired beeline plumbing company last week because we had this annoying screeching shower and needed a new water softener.We had been dealing with it for several years but due to my bad experiences with hiring plumbers in the past I was hesitant to make the call.I did lots of research looking for different companies in the area. I wanted to hire someone local and small business who had a good reputation.When I saw the reviews for beeline plumbing it seemed clear to me that they were worth a call for a quote.I asked the representative on the phone if they could provide me a quote over the phone but since every job is unique, they offered to come out and look at what needed to be done and then provide a quote at that time. This service was offered FREE of chargeThat seemed very reasonable to me so I had them come out. The owner of the company Jake came out and looked everything over. He explained in detail what needed to be done and why and then provided me with four different quote options based on what I would have done depending on my budget and what would be accomplished.So I took the leap of faith and signed the contract for all jobs to be completed. I had no knowledge of what plumbing jobs cost or how long things would take or how much the parts cost so it was complete a trustfall.Jake and his apprentice Lucas got to work right away.Lucas and Jake were extremely kind and considerate of my home. They were both extremely easy to work with and I hardly knew they were here.They used quality tools and made sure that everything they did was completed to a high quality standard. When the job was done they made sure to sweep the floor, vacuum out the debris and leave the house cleaner than it was when they arrived. This is something that most all plumbing companies care about.Since the job was quite a bit of work, they came back first thing in the morning the following day and worked for 9 hours straight and I don't even think they took a lunch break. (I should have made them some lunch.)They had three people out the second day. Jake, Lucas, and Brandon. They were all doing different jobs and maximizing the amount of work that would get in a short amount of time.I changed my mind about one of the faucets and they were completely understanding about quickly swapping out the new faucet which I really appreciated.After the job was completed they thoroughly explained in detail every aspect of the equipment so that I knew how to maintain it. They even allowed me to record the explanation because I have a hard time retaining information that I am not familiar with the first time.I was especially impressed with Lucas who is one of the most hard-working individuals that I have ever come across. You can tell that he is very driven and motivated to succeed. He was the first one to arrive on the job and the last one to leave everyday. He even took time to have a conversation with me at the end of the day when he hadn't eaten and was probably eager to get back to his home.My interaction with Brandon was limited but I could tell he was very friendly and informed about his work and hard working as well.I was so impressed with their work that I prepared them some omelets and pancakes as a sign of my gratitude for their quality work on the last day. They even offered to do the dishes which I thought was ridiculous.When the job was completed, not only was I extremely satisfied with the work that was completed, but I also felt like I had made a couple friends along the way.I would absolutely 100% recommend beeline plumbing to anyone looking for a quality plumbing job in the area. If you are looking for a cheap unskilled plumbing job, you would probably want to hire someone else. But if you are looking for a quality job from professionals who know what they're doing with high quality materials and tools, then beeline is the company for you!Thank you Jake, Lucas, and Brandon for a job well done.
