- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome the opportunity to work with new customers. Our customer service representatives are trained to assess your plumbing needs and assign a service professional suited to meet those needs. We generally schedule our appointments for 2-hour windows and will contact you before your service professional arrives letting you know they are on their way. When our service professional arrives, they will wipe their shoes on their own door mat, will wear shoe covers when entering your home and follow all CoVid19 compliant protocols. Your service professional will help educate you about your plumbing and provide you options to resolve your issue. They will then provide you the cost for each option so that you know the expense before any work begins. Generally, the technician is prepared to perform the work immediately unless specialty parts must be ordered or it is a large multiple day project. In this case an alternate appointment time would be scheduled that meets your needs. If you'd like to get a second opinion or think about the proposed work, all estimates are good for 30 days and the the $59 dispatch fee will still be applied as a credit.
