Introduction

I created Level Up Remodeling two years ago. I started by doing small simple installs and repairs. I have grown to focus more now on baths, basements, and kitchens. I have just started to partner with a former foreman with a large home builder. We will be expanding to larger builds, decks, and soon full home builds. I truly appreciate all the clients I have worked with in the last couple years and look forward to the next two years to see where we are next!

Overall great experience with Matt. We hired Matt to help replace our shower during a bath remodel - work included plumbing, backer board, tiling, grouting, and installing the shower doors, which was a design he had never done before. There were a couple of hiccups during the project (like a water line mistakenly getting turned on spraying water everywhere in the freshly painted room) but nothing catastrophic and the work turned out great. We were completely remodeling the bathroom and he didn't push to do more than what we were asking him to do - he just bid on what we asked and did that work. Very happy with the results and would hire again.

I hired Matt and his team to do a complete remodel of my bathroom. The project included a complete demolition of the entire bath (down to the studs), moving the flange of the toilet back closer to the wall (which meant moving the pipes around a joist in the basement), tile for the floor and shower, plumbing changes in the shower and all the finish work (paint, installing sink/vanity, cabinet, lighting, toilet, etc.). The entire project took just about 2 weeks from demo to completion. The delay was on me, the order/delivery of the glass wall for the shower took longer than expected. I would STRONGLY recommend Level Up Remodeling for your project. They are amazing, hard working, communicative and if there are issues, they let you know immediately. I loved the fact that Matt was super responsive when I texted or emailed questions about the project. Overall, I could not be happier!

Fair. If I’m able to get the job done quickly I will be fair. If it takes longer than expected I will still be fair. Nobody wins if someone loses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what the goal is and then budget for it. Then make the compromises needed to accomplish those goals within the budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a construction and engineering background. Concrete and plumbing were my families businesses. I worked in both from 12 to 21. Started getting back into the trades a few years ago again.
