Mike was super responsive, was able to get her the next day, and was willing to try a solution he hadn’t done before - using a steel bracket to shrink and reinforce the subfloor under the toilet flange instead of cutting out the new subfloor or the ceiling of the level below to support the flange from underneath. The bracket worked great and Mike was in and out on time and on budget.
