We did not end up needing service, however the response and professionalism was a breath of fresh air! We received a response within 15 minutes, had a general quote for our issue, and were able to set up an appointment with ease. Our drain issue resolved after we snaked it but we highly recommend them for the above reasons. If ever needed in the future, they are our first call!

Though I did not hire Rootbusters Plumbing I must commend Kelli for her prompt contact, pricing and responses to my questions. The owner was out of town but that didn’t stop Kelli from gathering the requested information and quotes for me right away. I was quite surprised how quickly she responded coupled with the fact that Kelli took the time to personally phone me with each response. What really impressed me was when I was driving and could not write the information down, Kelli was kind enough to email me the very descriptive reply we had just discussed as well. You are lucky to even reach most contractors on the phone to set a date for an estimate - much less receive such prompt, thorough and clear communication which Kelli provided here. It says a great deal about this organization. The pricing I received from Rootbusters was very fair and reasonable for the products they were providing. For example, the Next AI pump quoted for a battery backup sump pump is a high quality product that most companies do not suggest or offer… this is actually the model I installed in my house. In the end, I went with another company who provided multiple waterproofing services (some that Rootbusters did not offer so it isn’t fair to compare both…) into one bundled package. However, I will return to Rootbusters for my future plumbing needs as they have left quite a favorable impression upon me which is not easy to do.

Quick service, very professional. Had a leak at the T-junction behind bathroom vanity drain. Reached out via Thumbtack on Monday , and Phil was quick to reply and set up an appointment for Thursday. He mentioned he might be able to make it same day, and that’s exactly what happened, as he had a cancellation. Messaged when he arrived so I could put the dogs outside while he worked. Knew exactly what the problem was, explained the fix, and gave a reasonable quote for the work. I let him do his thing, and in no time he was complete. Definitely recommend his services for quality, affordable plumbing work.

The old house I just bought last year had its main sewer blocked in the first month of this year. I was feeling anxious and didn't know what was going on. I called the city, and they said it must because tree roots had grown in. My house is old and there is no clean out in outdoors. The pipeline has about 125 feet. I compared the quotes of many plumbers on Google and Thumbback, and the price difference is still quite large. However, I dare not use the cheap ones because I am afraid that spending money for nothing will be effective, and the expensive ones I won't be affordable it. But luckily, I have been browsed through Thumbtack for several days, and finally I was able to find a company that is closer to my house, And the quote looks very reliable, Phil is also very patient and responds carefully to every question I have. As it is the first time I have encountered this situation, I have many concerns, But he patiently replied. In the end, I made an appointment with him, just like the name of their company, Tree Root Killer. As expected, he caught a tree roots from my sewer pipe and solved my problem. He is not only professional but also kind. I bought a dresser that was too heavy to move and kept it in the hallway. I asked him to help me move it upstairs, He did not refuse. I can only say that he is very nice. Thank you, I will recommend you to my friends who need it.
