Though I did not hire Rootbusters Plumbing I must commend Kelli for her prompt contact, pricing and responses to my questions. The owner was out of town but that didn’t stop Kelli from gathering the requested information and quotes for me right away. I was quite surprised how quickly she responded coupled with the fact that Kelli took the time to personally phone me with each response. What really impressed me was when I was driving and could not write the information down, Kelli was kind enough to email me the very descriptive reply we had just discussed as well. You are lucky to even reach most contractors on the phone to set a date for an estimate - much less receive such prompt, thorough and clear communication which Kelli provided here. It says a great deal about this organization. The pricing I received from Rootbusters was very fair and reasonable for the products they were providing. For example, the Next AI pump quoted for a battery backup sump pump is a high quality product that most companies do not suggest or offer… this is actually the model I installed in my house. In the end, I went with another company who provided multiple waterproofing services (some that Rootbusters did not offer so it isn’t fair to compare both…) into one bundled package. However, I will return to Rootbusters for my future plumbing needs as they have left quite a favorable impression upon me which is not easy to do.

Quick service, very professional. Had a leak at the T-junction behind bathroom vanity drain. Reached out via Thumbtack on Monday , and Phil was quick to reply and set up an appointment for Thursday. He mentioned he might be able to make it same day, and that’s exactly what happened, as he had a cancellation. Messaged when he arrived so I could put the dogs outside while he worked. Knew exactly what the problem was, explained the fix, and gave a reasonable quote for the work. I let him do his thing, and in no time he was complete. Definitely recommend his services for quality, affordable plumbing work.

Phil did a great job installing my sump pump and the backup battery for it. He was responsive, knowledgeable and he did a great job putting it together on a timely fashion. I appreciate him taking the time to explain the functionality of the pump and the system. He also noticed the wrong size pipe bend that was being used and he replaced it with no charge. He did a great job and I would definitely refer him to do your sump pump.
