After the first two initial visits he stopped responding. About every third follow up he’d say he was going to come by on a specific time to check the mole traps and wouldn’t show up. His traps are still in my yard and he continues to ignore my texts and messages through Thumbtack. For sure don’t hire.

Dan has been SO helpful and thorough. He came out right away and did a very thorough review of my house for all the ways critters can get into. He even found a hidden but large hole from my attic straight to outside! He trapped raccoons from my attic. He also did all kinds of other things totally free—fixed a leak in my roof, cleaned out my gutters, blew off my roof, etc. He came everyday for almost 2 weeks to check & adjust traps. They did an excellent job! Of course I had a horrible ugly thing in my attic but they set the traps up came back in a few days after we heard the rattling in the attic and it was done. We had a rat in the basement and Danny came out on short notice and provided a very competitive quote. He found and sealed up several openings, left traps, and then came back to check them. Luckily no rats were found - they were all outdoors, whew. Danny then cleaned up and disinfected the area so no trace was left. He did a great job and was very easy to work with!

James was one of the first to respond to my request. He arrived on time and on a holiday. He was quick to diagnose the possible size of the critters and the type of tools to use. His traps caught the critter within a day and he removed it carefully. He is coming back in a few days to re-check the area and to discuss cleanup. I'll definitely give One Shot a call if I ever run into this issue again.

Had some critters in the attic messing up new insulation, called these guys and they were out within 48 hours for a quote. Within a day or 2 of approval they had a crew out - they tightened up flashing on our roof, closed some gaps, and though we weren't having issues in the basement they plugged some areas there as well. Came out two more times to check traps for us. Would recommend!

I don’t write a lot of reviews but this is the most deserving on this platform thus far. Had a real rodent issue that needed trapping, tracing and prevention. He is always on time and does exactly what he promised . Dan listens to the customer and addresses all concerns. With his great work I was able to confidently get the house under contract quickly and save countless hours going back and forth about inspector finding.

I found Legend Pest and Wildlife Solutions via Thumbtack and they responded within seconds. They had good reviews so I decided to move forward with them.
Justin was the technician who inspected my house and performed the treatment. He was very responsive and offered a couple of best options to solve my squirrels in the attic issue.
After humanely removing all squirrels from the attic, we called Justin again since the squirrels were climbing on the roof trying to find a way in (which was sealed). Justin came back the same day and then again the following few days to set traps and remove all rodents from the house and its perimeter.

My experience with Critter Stoppers, Inc. was nothing short of frustrating and unsatisfactory. From inflexible scheduling to ineffective service, my interaction with this company has left much to be desired.
Initially, when I engaged with Vinny for services to address rodents in my attic, I found his scheduling process to be rigid and inconvenient. This lack of flexibility forced me to call off work several times to ensure that I could be home when he arrived, adding unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation.
Upon securing an appointment, I was met with further disappointment when his approaches to resolving the issue proved ineffective. Despite setting numerous traps (inside & outside) and supposedly sealing entry points, the problem persisted, culminating in renewed rodent activity in my attic nearly 10 months later, in the very area that was supposedly addressed.
Subsequent attempts to seek further assistance from him only exacerbated my frustration. Not only did he attempt to recharge me the same exorbitant price for a service that clearly didn’t work the first time.
The fact that rodents are still gaining access to my attic after supposedly having it sealed raises serious doubts about the effectiveness of their methods and the quality of their service. I am left wondering how something could continually breach their supposed barriers and access my attic, despite his assurances.
I anticipate him citing the absence of a warranty as a defense, but come on, I shouldn’t hear anything in my attic after two to three months of service, when I initial reached back out to let him know that I was still hearing movement in my attic, especially when his methods failed to yield any results. A warranty shouldn’t be necessary for basic effectiveness. Now, I’m going to have to hire some real professionals to complete the job.
Overall, my experience has been highly disappointing, from their inflexible scheduling practices to their ineffective service delivery. I cannot recommend their services to others facing similar pest issues.
