- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free inspections and firm quotes on the removal of animals and sealing to prevent future animals from getting in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls and the staff explains what we can do to asist the customer. If the customer agrees and is interested in our quote the staff will take the custoemrs information. The next step is, a tech will call within a couple our hours (during business hours) to schedule the free inspection. The tech will provide a quote sent from his Ipad to your email. If the customer agrees to the work quoted on, the tech will schedule the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technicians under go constant training on the best way to handle nuisance animal problems and how to resolve them.
